Researchers from Canada show that ginseng can lower blood sugar, which is based on a comprehensive analysis of data published recently.
It is understood that the comprehensive analysis has lasted for 30 days or even longer. The researchers found the measurement of 16 studies (770 subjects) proved that blood glucose level is related to ginseng supplement. When collecting data, the researchers realized that ginseng supplements, on average, improved observably subject's blood glucose level, and the average changing range was 0.31 mmol / L. The result shows that the changes of diabetic patients are the most obvious.
